Overview

Elchanan is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group.  His practice focuses on real estate, tax and transactional matters.  He has experience in contract drafting, equity and debt financing, real property acquisitions, and real and personal property taxation.

Elchanan also has extensive experience in representing clients in the health care industry and assisting with a wide variety of corporate transactional matters.  At his previous firm, his practice focused on the resolution of complex business disputes with focus on protecting the interests of health care clients involved in commercial litigation. 

Elchanan was an extern for the Honorable Judge Dan A. Polster, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.  He also was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge James J. Costello, Cleveland Heights Municipal Court.

Elchanan received his J.D. magna cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and was a senior editor for the Journal of Law and Health.  He received his masters and bachelors of Talmudic and theological education from Telshe Rabbinical College.
