The attorneys on Vorys’ Israel team work regularly with Israeli companies doing business in the United States and elsewhere, and with individuals making investments in or contracting with Israeli companies. The team provides multi-disciplinary legal solutions, and while we practice American law, our connections and experience in Israel provide us with a unique understanding of how to conduct business in Israel and on behalf of Israeli companies.
The Israel team regularly travels to Israel and maintains strong, consistent relationships with Israeli law firms. They have joined local U.S. government officials on Israeli trade missions and participate in industry trade shows in Israel.
Our attorneys provide full-service counseling to Israeli companies doing business in the United States, including strategic counseling to protect, manage, acquire, value and leverage intellectual capital, as well as providing immigration services, business planning and tax advice.
