Regulating Nanomaterials

Susan Harty, a partner in the firm’s Columbus office, authored an article for the December 2011 issue of Ceramic Industry Magazine entitled “Regulating Nanomaterials.”  The article outlines how government regulators are struggling with efforts to expand existing regulatory frameworks to cover nanomaterials.
