Suggested Amendments To US Bankruptcy Code

Kari B. Coniglio co-authored an article for Law360titled "Suggested Amendments To US Bankruptcy Code."   In the article, the authors highlighted the changes that were made to bankruptcy laws after the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 was enacted and the impact these changes had on Chapter 11 filings.   The authors also provide possible changes to further amend the Bankruptcy Code in order to "balance the interests of creditors and debtors, thus increasing the ability for retailers to reorganize in Chapter 11."
