Antonelle is an intellectual property paralegal in the Vorys Pittsburgh office and a member of the technology and intellectual property group. She has significant experience in IP litigation and prosecution. Her IP prosecution experience includes domestic and international patent, copyright, and trademark prosecution, portfolio management and maintenance, application preparation and review, office action response preparation and review, trademark use and review, trademark search and risk analysis, and preparation, completion, and filing of Patent and Trademark Office forms.
Antonelle’s IP litigation experience includes preparation and filing of complaints, discovery review and preparation, service of process, witness research and background checks, mediation position paper review and preparation, and appeal brief review and preparation. She has been involved and attended hearings at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Antonelle has experience in client intake and law firm procedure implementation. She has been responsible for operation and coordination of database implementation for documents and docketing. In addition, she has assisted with business development and client retention.
Antonelle graduated with highest honors from the Bradford School. After graduation, Antonelle served on the Bradford School Advisory Board.
