Tom is an associate in the Vorys Pittsburgh office and a member of the technology and intellectual property group. Tom also has civil litigation experience, having represented companies in a variety of litigated matters in federal and state courts, including healthcare, intellectual property, mortgage-backed securities, antitrust, appellate, commercial contract, and consumer cases. That experience includes managing discovery and preparing argument for a client involved in an intellectual property dispute as well as acting as lead counsel for a credit reporting agency in numerous federal cases. Tom is also a member of the Vorys eControl team.
Tom received his J.D. cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where he was the international developments editor for Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation. He received his B.A. in political science and history summa cum laude from Gannon University.
