Richard is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group. He has experience providing general legal representation of a large, nationally-recognized landlord of grocery-anchored shopping centers, which includes drafting and negotiating leases with potential tenants and drafting and negotiating lease amendments and other agreements with current tenants. Richard also has experience providing written and verbal counsel to multiple business units on the business impact of laws and regulations, including FTC and FDA regulations, gaming laws, and laws governing the financial industry.
Richard received his J.D. magna cum laude from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law, where he was the symposium editor of The Northern Kentucky Law Review. He received his B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.
