Jackie Ford, a partner in the Vorys Columbus and Houston offices, was interviewed by Houston News 92FM about the things employers can learn from the firing of the Rutgers’ basketball coach.

David Campbell, a partner in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the firm’s labor and employment group, was quoted in a Crain’s Cleveland Business story about a northeast Ohio employer that has sued some of its employees and their union “over claims the employees are refusing to work overtime because they oppose a relocation.”

Nelson D. Cary, a partner in the labor and employment group in the Vorys Columbus office, was quoted in a National Law Journal story about a ruling from a federal appeals court in Washington that declared President Obama’s recesses appointments of National Labor Relations Board members unconstitutional.
