Frederick Waite, of counsel in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office, was quoted in an American Metal Market story about the U.S. steel threaded rod producers’ dumping and subsidy complaints regarding imports from Thailand and India. According to the story, a pending preliminary injury determination is expected from the U.S. International Trade Commission within 45 days.
The story states:
"‘No case is a perfect case. There are always issues, whether you're a petitioner or a respondent,’ said Frederick P. Waite, counsel for the domestic industry and an attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease LLP. ‘But we're confident our analysis shows dumping, subsidies and injury.’”
