“Bringing aboard someone with as much experience and proficiency in a variety of labor law areas as Bart is truly remarkable,” O’Malley said. “As a past chair of the American Arbitration Association’s Labor Advisory Committee, Bart brings with him a wealth of knowledge as to how we can help clients resolve issues outside the courtroom. We are confident that Bart and his expansive practice will allow us to better serve our clients and positively impact our entire firm.”
