Cincione Quoted in Columbus Dispatch Story titled “What’s an Essential Business in Coronavirus Pandemic? Turns out That’s Complicated”

Karen Cincione, a principal with Vorys Advisors, was quoted in a Columbus Dispatch story titled “What’s an Essential Business in Coronavirus Pandemic? Turns out That’s Complicated.”   The story focused on how businesses can determine whether or not they are “essential” under Ohio’s coronavirus (COVID-19) Stay at Home Order.

The story states:

“Karen Cincione, a principal with Vorys Advisors, an affiliate of the Vorys law firm, said the firm is advising business clients to prepare a statement on why they are essential and - if so - how they are meeting the health requirements of the order.

‘Do you have hand-washing stations? Do you have sanitizers? Some of those things are easy but some aren’t ... Social distancing is different in the manufacturing industry and construction industry and retail industry. Each business has to think about how they best can implement ... each requirement ... I think there’s a lot of concern.’”
