Vorys Moves to Remote Work

Clients and friends,

We continue to monitor the rapidly developing situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our employees, our clients, our families and the public at large. To that end, I am writing today to provide further updates on our firm’s response. While all of our offices remain functional with essential staff present, beginning today, our attorneys and professionals will work remotely until further notice. We have been planning for this possibility for many years. We are well prepared to work remotely, and these measures will not negatively impact the level of service you receive from our firm.

We are implementing this measure because of the information being provided by governmental and public health officials. These are the recommended steps to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus and to safeguard the health and welfare of our employees, our clients, our families and the public at large.

As always, please contact your Vorys relationship attorneys with any questions. If you have inquires specific to our firm’s COVID-19 task force or Business Continuity Plan, please contact me, Jon Norman or Travis Wahl.

We understand that you are also navigating the myriad issues associated with this public health crisis both at home and at work. As always, we are here to help. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Sincerely,

Michael Martz
Vorys Managing Partner
