Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

Vorys attorney Heather Enlow-Novitsky was a speaker at the Antitrust Law Spring Meeting hosted by the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust on April 6, 2016.  Her presentation was titled “Fundamentals – Consumer Protection" and discussed the basics of false and deceptive advertising law, claim substantiation, marketing law and privacy and data security as well as federal, state, and private enforcement of consumer protection statutes and rules.
