Vorys attorney Elizabeth Simon presented at the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers Annual Conference on August 9, 2014. Her presentation was titled Tricky Ethics Issues for Insurance Defense Lawyers and discussed the duty to communicate with an insured client at the outset of the representation, confidentiality during representation of an insured client, and workers’ compensation counsel who do not represent the insured employer.
