The Mechanics of Ohio Civil Procedure

Vorys attorney Rodney Holaday spoke at the National Business Institute’s The Mechanics of Ohio Civil Procedure seminar on April 20.

Mr. Holaday’s presentation was entitled, ‘Wrapping Up-Settlements, Judgments, Appeals and Enforcement’.  Among other topics, he discussed withdraws, judgment and stipulated judgment, proper documentation, utilizing trial and post-trial motions, and completing the certificate of satisfaction.
