Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Legal Profession: An Introduction for Summer Associates & Law Clerks

Anna Sanyal, an attorney in the Vorys Columbus office, participated in a panel discussion for the Legal Aid Society of Columbus titled "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Legal Profession." The discussion served as an introduction to and discussion of DEI issues in our profession. Wherever law students are spending their summer, there is a lot to learn about these dynamic and important issues in the profession they are joining. Lawyers from a variety of backgrounds will share their professional experiences, what you need to know, and how to get started (or keep going).
