ACC Houston June Chapter Meeting CLE

Jeff Heller, of counsel in the Vorys Houston office, spoke at the ACC Houston June Chapter Meeting CLE titled, “What Do I Do if There’s a Whistleblower in our Organization?” on June 11, 2019. Many state and federal laws protect whistleblowing in the workplace. Retaliation against whistleblowers is a serious offense. In-house counsel should be able to advise business leaders about the basics of whistleblowing and the steps managers should and should not take when dealing with a whistleblower. This program discussed the preparation for the steps you need to take when these situations arise.
