The Ethics of Settlement

On September 7, 2018, Vorys Partners Jackie Ford and Dick Schwartz presented at the Houston Bar Association’s Ethics of Settlement seminar.  At this seminar, Ford and Schwartz educated attendees on how to understand and apply the ethical requirements governing settlement.  Texas Rules of Discipline 1.01, 1.03, 4.01, and 8.04 were discussed.
