Vorys Attorneys Named Texas Rising Stars

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is pleased to announce that Tiffany Bingham Briscoe, and Latosha Lewis Payne have been named 2014 Texas Rising Stars by Super Lawyers magazine.  Rising Stars were chosen by their peers as being among the most recognizable up-and-coming lawyers in Texas.

Ms. Bingham Briscoe is a partner in the litigation group.  Her practice focuses on toxic tort and personal injury law.  Briscoe also handles commercial litigation, medical malpractice, and pharmaceutical products liability matters.  She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. summa cum laude from Xavier University.

Ms. Lewis Payne is of counsel in the litigation group.  Her civil litigation practice focuses on traditional environmental litigation claims, as well as toxic torts, complex mass torts, premises and product liability, and wrongful death actions.  She received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. from Tulane University.
