Jesse is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment group. Jesse has experience representing Plaintiff’s in ERISA contributions litigation, negotiating favorable settlements for clients at mediation, as well as representing clients before the National Labor Relations Board in which he successfully contested an election result. He also counsels clients on a broad range employment issues including disability discrimination, interactive process and reasonable accommodation claims. Jesse has also represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and similar state agencies.
Prior to joining Vorys, Jesse worked with the Alliance for a Just Society (now the People's Actions Institute), a community organizing non-profit located in Seattle, Washington and the Stark County Prosecutor's Office as a victim's advocate.
Jesse received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. He received his B.A. from the University of Mount Union.
