Robin M. Lager

Robin is a probate paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office.  She has significant experience with estate and trust administration and decedent estates, working to prepare all documents necessary, including 706 federal estate tax returns, in addition to documents necessary for the creation, oversight and management of person or estate guardianships and special needs trusts.  She works diligently with attorneys in the firm’s taxation group — drafting motions, memoranda and judgement entries for attorney review and filing.  Robin is also a commissioned notary public.  She received her AAS in paralegal studies from Stark State College.
