Overview

Julie is the firm’s chief human resources officer and is based in the Columbus office.  She ensures financial and organizational strategies are met and services are delivered in all areas of human resources (HR) including, engagement, benefits, HRIS, payroll, training and development, policy, employment law compliance, employee relations and performance management.  She reports directly to the firm’s managing partner.

Julie has over 20 years of extensive experience in human resources including, consulting with leadership on organizational effectiveness and core HR design and delivery.  She was previously an HR director at a well-known engineering and technology services company.  She worked to establish business strategy, define outcomes and measures, and align business objectives with employees and management across the company.  Julie provided HR strategy and direction to this firm.  She was also responsible for the development and implementation of training programs for the management and employees.

Julie has received a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a Certified Trainer in Bridges Transitions Management (Change Management) certification. 

Julie graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a Master’s of Labor and Human Resources (MLHR) and graduated with a B.S. in elementary education from The Ohio State University College of Education.
