Overview

Brandon is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and is a member of the finance, energy and real estate group.  Brandon represents clients in transactions involving the acquisition, financing, ownership, development and sale of real property in various locations across the United States.  He has represented both lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, purchasers and sellers in real estate transfers, and landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions.  His practice also includes the representation of lenders involved in the financing, refinancing and development of multifamily and senior housing under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) insured programs.

Brandon received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served on the Vanderbilt Bar Association.  He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Auburn University where he was a member of the National Society for Collegiate Scholars.
