David is a research and policy advisor with Vorys Health Care Advisors (VHCA). VHCA helps health care providers, business decision makers, professional associations and other stakeholders deal with the challenges of a complex, rapidly changing state and federal health care environment.
David has experience in health policy research and analysis, pharmaceuticals and advocacy. He has assisted VHCA with advising clients on a variety of health policy matters including policy related to emerging health care delivery models; federal and state Medicaid laws; managed care; and service to populations with complex medical needs.
Prior to joining VHCA, David worked as a consultant for Drug Store News, Haymarket Media, and the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS).
David received his M.S. in allied health in health care administration from Otterbein University. He received his B.A. from the University of Georgia.
