Vorys partner Benita Kahn discussed significant state and federal legal developments in the privacy sector at the InfoSec World Conference & Expo on April 21.  She highlighted industry, legal and regulatory developments related to behavioral advertising, the FTC’s stance on privacy issues and “privacy and data security considerations in a merger or acquisition”.
