Health Care Reform 2009

Vorys attorney Matthew Albers  presented at the Columbus Bar Association’s Health Care Reform 2009 seminar on October 28, 2009.  He discussed issues from the practitioners perspective, including current reform proposals, the impact of proposed reform on physician practices, the impact on reimbursement programs,  and the proposed new payment methodologies and the calculation of prospective payment rates.
