American Bar Association Section of Taxation and Section of Real Property 2009 Joint Fall CLE Meeting

Vorys attorney Linda Mendel will be a member of a panel at the American Bar Association Section of Taxation and Section of Real Property 2009 Joint Fall CLE Meeting on September 25.  Ms. Mendel will participate in a discussion on ‘Health and Welfare Plans: What You Must Do in 2009 to Prepare for 2010’.

Among other topics, the panel discussion will address:

• Security and privacy rules under the HITECH provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
• Required document changes related to health and welfare plans
