2011 Consumer Protection Conference

Vorys partner Benita Kahn participated in the American Bar Association’s 2011 Consumer Protection Conference on February 3.  She moderated the panel discussion, ‘Liability for the Acts of Others: How Business Partners Can Cost Companies Millions, and Strategies for Mitigating Such Exposure’.
