Corporate Attorney

Vorys seeks a highly trained corporate attorney with four years or more experience in private public mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate transactions (experience with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Exchange Act of 1934 is preferred). Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills. This position is partnership track and provides an excellent compensation and benefits package.
