Shalini is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the technology and intellectual property group. She has experience providing substantive advice to the associate chief administrative law judge (ACALJ) at the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OHMA) Cleveland Field Office. Shalini also has litigation experience in contract and employment law, including non-compete, severance and breach claims. She has also represented clients in family law matters, mediations and depositions for child custody, temporary support, order of protection and juvenile hearings.
Shalini received her J.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Law, where she was the staff editor for the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy and the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender and Social Justice. She received her B.A. cum laude from The George Washington University.
