Overview
Natasha is an associate in the Vorys Houston office and a member of the litigation and the bankruptcy subgroups. Her practice includes commercial and business litigation, construction litigation, property litigation and bankruptcy litigation.
In her work with the litigation group, she has experience drafting motions, drafting and responding to discovery, taking fact witness depositions and preparing legal memoranda.
In her work with the bankruptcy subgroup, she has experience in pursuing and settling preference actions, drafting objections in bankruptcy court and preparing legal analysis on trustee related litigation.
Natasha received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as the publications and marketing editor and on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee for the Houston Law Review. She received her B.A. from the American University, School of International Service (SIS).
