Ms. Yeoman is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment group. She concentrates her practice on labor and employment issues, including the defense of employers in employment-related claims, the development of personnel policies and practices, employee discipline and termination, and internal complaints and investigations. Ms. Yeoman also counsels clients regarding compliance with employment related statutes, such as Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and  Executive Order 11246 (affirmative action for federal contractors).  In addition, Ms. Yeoman practices in the area of employment-related matters unique to colleges, universities, and academic environments.  Her work in this area includes advising colleges and universities on faculty and student issues, as well as counseling colleges and universities regarding compliance with laws such as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Title IX, the Higher Education Act, the Clery Act and NCAA regulations.

Ms. Yeoman received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Denison University.

Ms. Yeoman has presented at seminars on a variety of topics, including sexual harassment, equal employment opportunity, ADA compliance, FMLA compliance and compliance with Executive Order 11246.  Ms. Yeoman has also spoken before the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA).
