Lindsay M Whetstone
Ms. Whetstone is a litigation paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office. She works primarily in general litigation with extensive experience in complex litigation matters such as contract litigation, insurance litigation, employment litigation, and franchise litigation. Ms. Whetstone is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including preparation and responding to discovery, file management and trial. She has extensive background in the usage of Summation as an in-house document management system from the prospective of an end-user and the inner workings of the technical backside of it. Ms. Whetstone is familiar with the usage of Sanction in trial proceedings.
Ms. Whetstone is proficient in electronically stored information and document management and is familiar with electronic and traditional discovery processes. She has completed an in-house training regarding the new Federal Rules on electronic discovery. Ms. Whetstone is a member of the firm’s ESI (Electronically Stored Information) core group. Ms. Whetstone follows the Electronic Discovery Reference Model in the discovery process through cases. Additionally, she has experience with online hosted tools for analyzing, culling, and reviewing ESI material.
