Kelsey M. Toulouse
Ms. Toulouse is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the commercial and real estate practice group. Prior to joining Vorys, she served as a law clerk to the legislative staff in the Washington State Attorney General’s office, where she was closely involved in anti-gang legislation efforts as well as domestic violence prevention legislation efforts.
Her notable experience includes:
- Working in-house for a technology company in Montana reviewing and modifying contracts and drafting data retention policies
- Developing a coordinated community response to domestic violence as a community organizer under AmeriCorps VISTA
- Serving as a Victim-Witness advocate with the Gallatin County Attorneys Office assisting victims of felony property crimes
Ms. Toulouse is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Akron Bar Association. She received her J.D. with honors from the University of Washington School of Law, and her B.A. magna cum laude from Baldwin-Wallace College.
