Mr. Tocco is a partner in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the litigation group. He has 25 years of experience in financial litigation, concentrating on trials and arbitrations involving accounting issues, shareholder rights, corporate governance, disputes among shareholders, securities fraud and civil RICO. His focus includes representing corporations and senior officers in SEC investigations, as well as assisting broker/dealers in NASD/FINRA compliance actions.

Mr. Tocco has given presentations on joint and several liability in securities litigation, minimizing the risk of professional liability claims, and the work product doctrine for corporate counsel.

Mr. Tocco is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Justinian Forum.

Mr. Tocco received his J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University Law School and his B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan Business School.
