Randal C. Teague
Mr. Teague is a partner in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office and a member of the corporate and finance practice group. His practice focuses on corporate law, legislative and administrative government relations, and international trade and development.
He represents U.S. and foreign for-profit corporations engaged in vehicular and component parts manufacturing and sales; clothing, including casual, intimate and sportswear; commercial metals; insurance; publishing; energy exploration, recovery and distribution; agricultural production, imports and retail food services; government contracting; and other exports and imports, including U.S. and other jurisdictions’ trade compliance.
Mr. Teague also represents U.S.-based non-profit organizations engaged in K-12 and higher education, including abroad; health and dental care, including preventive interventions; preservation, conservation and restoration, including parks and historic and commercial sites; economically sustainable development; elections, political action and fundraising, real property reform and other democracy-building strategies and programs; foreign affairs and bilateral and multilateral international trade; public policy formulation, programs and funding; fundraising, including institutional grants and direct mail.
He also represents overseas-based for-profit and non-profit organizations in respect to U.S. federal and state corporate and tax matters and statutory and regulatory compliance, including as to their fundraising in the United States.
He is a registered lobbyist before Congress, federal departments and agencies, and the Ohio General Assembly.

Mr. Teague is admitted to 13 state and federal courts, including the District of Columbia, Florida, Massachusetts, the Supreme Court of the United States and four federal circuits. He is also a member of their bar associations, the International Bar Association and The Federalist Society.
Mr. Teague received his LL.M. with highest honors and J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and his B.A. from American University where he was Pi Sigma Alpha.
