Anne M. Stetz

Ms. Stetz is a commercial and corporate paralegal in the Vorys Cleveland office.  She assists the commercial group in various real estate restructurings, including drafting mortgage-related documents, preparing and filing UCC documents, conducting public records research and related due-diligence searches.  Ms. Stetz also has extensive experience in the area of corporate records maintenance, as well as in the formation, restructuring and dissolution of corporate entities.
