We provide a full range of legal services to clients in the restaurant, food, and beverage industries. We represent many clients in those industries, including Wendy’s International, Inc., Bob Evans Farms, and the Borden & Elsie brands. We also represent hotels, other businesses operating in the hospitality industry, gasoline stations and convenience store chains.
Our attorneys have assisted our clients in these areas on such diverse matters as the acquisition of real estate and buildings, leasing issues, labor and employment matters, intellectual property (both domestic and worldwide), mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, franchising, regulatory compliance, and litigation and alternative dispute resolution. We also represent clients in the acquisition and transfer of liquor permits for restaurants, hotels, and other facilities that engage in the sale of alcoholic beverages. In addition, our firm provides legislative representation for industry clients before the Ohio General Assembly, and we counsel clients on a number of regulatory matters before federal and state agencies that affect the food and beverage industry.
