Our attorneys counsel clients on Underground Storage Tank (UST) regulations and compliance issues with an eye toward avoiding citations and identifying potential claims.  We regularly assist clients in prosecuting claims for fund reimbursement and in developing and implementing cost-effective remediation strategies.  Our lawyers also defend claims for UST contamination and counsel clients in the purchase and sale of former UST sites.  We were actively involved in the development of Ohio's regulations for underground storage tank closure and corrective action and in the creation of a state UST insurance fund.
