We represent clients in all types of litigation, alternate dispute resolution, and appellate proceedings arising under or relating to public contracts with federal, state, and local governments and agencies.  Our work in this area includes procurement protest litigation before the U.S. Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC), as well as contract claim disputes and appeals brought before agency contracting officials and claim appeals filed with the COFC, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.  Our attorneys also represent clients in connection with breach of contract actions litigated before the U.S. District Courts and various state courts.
