Our firm regularly represents clients engaged in international development work aimed at alleviating difficult conditions in underdeveloped countries.  Specialized agencies of the United Nations, global and regional development banks, and international development agencies of the U.S. government and certain foreign governments perform much of this work through short-term humanitarian relief and long-term economic development assistance and programs.  Many of our clients – both for-profit businesses and non-profit charities – also play important roles.
