Long Term Care Facilities
Our attorneys understand the complexities of the long term care business. We represent nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, congregate care facilities, and intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded. We regularly counsel clients on regulatory issues and reimbursement matters, including issues associated with Ohio’s Certificate of Need (CON) requirements. We are experienced in the tax, bond financing, and transactional side of the business. In addition, our attorneys are well versed in the latest regulatory initiatives that may impact our clients and have represented long term care providers in matters pending before numerous regulatory bodies.
