We assist a number of clients with FIFRA registration and compliance matters for regulated pesticides. Our work in this area includes helping our clients to comply with registration, labeling, packaging, and use requirements.
Our practice also includes advising clients on environmental marketing claims under the Federal Trade Commission Act and state Agricultural and Consumer Protection Acts. Additionally, we have defended clients in administrative and judicial enforcement actions commenced by federal and state regulatory agencies under those Acts.
