Brianne N. Schwanitz
Ms. Schwanitz is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the commercial and real estate practice group. She has experience in Federal Housing Administration insured financings of loans for new construction, purchase or refinancing of multifamily housing and nursing home projects.
Ms. Schwanitz is a member of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from the Duke University School of Law and was a member of the Order of the Coif. She received her B.S. summa cum laude from Xavier University.
