Teresa L. Ross
Ms. Ross is a real estate paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office. She is also a licensed title insurance agent and currently manages the firm’s title agency. Ms. Ross has significant knowledge in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Ross is an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company, both leading national title insurance underwriters. Ms. Ross provides title insurance for a wide range of clients of the law firm, including owners, developers, lenders, investors, landlords, tenants and has closed a variety of complex real estate transactions, including a material central Ohio air park, as well as retail shopping centers, retirement facilities, land acquisitions and dispositions, leases, construction loans, and refinancing.
