Russell R. Rosler
Mr. Rosler is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate practice group. He provides advice and assistance in the organization, finance, governance, acquisition and disposition of businesses, as well as general business and contract matters. Mr. Rosler's areas of concentration include developing and implementing early stage investments, growth equity investments, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures, mergers, equity acquisitions, assets acquisitions and recapitalization/restructuring transactions. In addition, Mr. Rosler focuses on exit and change-in-control strategies, inter-owner relationships and disputes, and transactional post-closing disputes. Mr. Rosler also provides advice to borrowers in tax-exempt bond financings and other capital markets financings.
Mr. Rosler is a member of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
Mr. Rosler received his J.D. from Cornell University Law School and his B.A. magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Eta Sigma.
