Nicholas B. Reuhs
Mr. Reuhs is a senior associate in the Washington, D.C. office and a member of the litigation group. His practice is focused on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability and insurance coverage matters.
Mr. Reuhs regularly serves as counsel to law firms and other professionals in complex malpractice, risk management and professional responsibility matters. He also advises lawyers and law firms on conflicts of interests and other law firm management issues.
Mr. Reuhs provides coverage evaluations and advises insurers issuing directors and officers liability, professional liability, employment practices liability and other errors and omissions policies. He has served as counsel in coverage disputes involving financial institutions, health care providers, property developers, law firms, title agents, law enforcement officers, non-profit organizations and government contractors.
He also has experience counseling financial institutions, retailers and other clients in tort, complex contract and data protection/privacy matters.
Mr. Reuhs received his J.D. with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. He received a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
