Kevin M. Shea
Mr. Shea is of counsel in the Cincinnati office and a member of the commercial and real estate group. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with expertise in commercial real estate acquisitions and leasing, commercial loan transactions, bank regulatory compliance and general corporate law.
Career highlights include:
- Negotiated and drafted construction contracts for $50,000,000 data centers expansion project and for other projects at bank-owned properties throughout Ohio
- Advised corporate real estate services department on real estate lease and sale issues for bank locations in Ohio and Kentucky, including negotiating and drafting of leases, lease amendments, subleases, and purchased sale agreements
- Drafted and maintained commercial loan documentation forms for regional financial institution
- Directed legal aspects of $800,000,000 sale of Florida bank branches
Mr. Shea is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
Mr. Shea received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.A. from John Carroll University.
