David J. Tocco
Mr. Tocco is a partner in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the litigation group. He has over 20 years of experience in financial litigation, concentrating on the conduct of trials and arbitration hearings in complex civil matters. Subject matters of representative cases include accountants' liability, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, securities fraud, civil RICO, commercial contracts, fiduciary duty claims and creditors' rights.
Mr. Tocco has given presentations on joint and several liability in securities litigation, minimizing the risk of professional liability claims, and the work product doctrine for corporate counsel.
Mr. Tocco is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Justinian Forum.
Mr. Tocco received his J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University Law School and his B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan Business School.
