Philip A. Lloyd
Mr. Lloyd is of counsel in the Akron office where he is a member of the corporate practice group. He has extensive experience in banking, commercial litigation, workouts, corporate and real estate issues, and is recognized as an expert in banking law.
Mr. Lloyd is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association. He is a member of the Summit County Legal Defenders Commission.
Mr. Lloyd received his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law and his B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University.
